The Carly Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ mango
  • 1 small banana(ideally frozen)
  • 8 macadamia nuts
  • 1 thumb-size piece fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon (15ML) Wellgrove Olive Leaf Extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 thumb size piece of fresh turmeric (or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 – 6 ice cubes

METHOD

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend till creamy and smooth.
