1 tin chickpeas, rinsed and drained
⅓ cup split green olives
⅓ cup pitted Kalamata olives
1 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
½ cup lemon juice (approx. 1 to 1.5 lemons)
1 clove garlic
¼ tsp ground cumin
Pinch sea salt
4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Wellgrove Heart Health Extra Strength Olive Leaf Extract Liquid
- Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy, or to desired consistency.
- Serve with wholegrain crackers, dollop over salads or serve with a Mediterranean style dinner alongside grilled fish and salad.
