Chocolate Bliss Balls - 2 Ways

Choc Almond

¼ cup cacao powder

¼ cup + 2 tbls almond butter

¼ cup almond meal

2 tbls maple syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice)

2 tbls Wellgrove Liquid Olive Leaf Extract OR 4 Wellgrove Olive Leaf Extract capsules, break open

2 tbls vanilla or choc protein powder - optional (use plant based protein powder for vegan. You may need to add 1 tbls water with plant-based protein)

1 tbls water

 

Choc Peanut Butter

¼ cup cacao powder

¼ cup + 2 tbls peanut butter

¼ cup oat flour (or almond meal for gluten free)

2 tbls maple syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice)

2 tbls Wellgrove Liquid Olive Leaf Extract OR 4 Wellgrove Olive Leaf Extract capsules, break open

2 tbls vanilla or choc protein powder - optional (use plant based protein powder for vegan. You may need to add 1 tbls water with plant-based protein)

 

Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Depending on how runny/dry your nut butter is you may need to add a splash of water to help combine.
  5. Roll into bite sized bliss balls.
  6. Refrigerate for 3+ hours in an airtight container to set & keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy
